WorldHost comprises a dynamic series of four customer service programmes. Developed specifically for the UK, they can lead to a level 2 customer service qualification.
You can choose some or all of the programmes
- Principles of Customer Service: Full day or two half days
- Ambassador Workshop: Half day
- Customers with Disabilities: Half day
- Service Across Cultures: Half day
Each programme comes with an excellent training toolkit full of energetic activities, PowerPoint Presentations and enagaging DVD and CD scenarios.
All Participants will receive a WorldHost Certificate and WorldHost Lapel Pin on successful completion of the course.
